"So, let me get this straight." Andrew said, "This drama shit has been going on for four years?"
"On and off." David replied, as if that made a difference. "actually, mostly off. There was a good two year chunk where things were pretty normal."
"You were dating girls." Andrew said in agreement.
"And people my age too." David said. "Fuck." David said, suddenly sounding very angry. "I'm a fucking idiot." he said, opening another beer.
"God, David, thats like your 7th beer already. you might want to slow down."
"I'll be fine." David said
"My ass!" Andrew said. "You're a god damn mess! Look at you."
"I said I'LL BE FINE." David shouted.
"Can you two blokes keep it down, i'm sleeping." The drunken australian spoke from the couch where he had passed out.
David fumed. "I'm fine." he whispered. "goodnight andrew." David said, he then slinked off to his bedroom and crashed. He knew full well that he would wake up to a bitch of a hangover.

"Are you ready?" Jason asked Taylor.
"Yeah, are you?" he looked towards Jason, who was sitting in the drivers seat.
"Yeah. I'm ready." Jason said.
"Well then why don't you pull out of the driveway? its just a suggestion." Taylor said.
"Yeah, Jason smiled. You know, thats a good idea."
They drove across town in silence to the house that Jason's parents had bought in LA just a year earlier.
"I'm really glad you're doing this with me." Jason. smiled at Taylor.
"much obliged." Taylor grinned back.
Jason took one hand off the wheel and grabbed one of Taylor's hands. "I really missed you" he said.
Taylor shifted in his seat uncomfortably. He knew that Jason was forgiving to a fault. He also understood that he deserved none of it.
"I missed you too, Jason."
